- 3 free range eggs
- 55 gr plain flour *
- 60 gr buckwheat flour *
- 140 ml milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
* If you're gluten intolerant you can use 115 gr buckwheat flour
If you want to give these pancakes a little twist you can add some chocolate chips. They can be served with some syrup, honey, cinnamon, a little bit of Nutella, a handful of berries, ... I opted for some pomegranate seeds, a little bit of Greek yoghurt and some chocolate chips inside the pancakes. Delicious!
