Here are my 10 tips:
1. Put on a workout outfit and go for a long, active run. The fresh air, the happy healthy feeling we get ànd the refreshing shower afterwards make us feel like we're reborn!
2. Teatime. Make a nice warm cup of your favourite tea. The warm feeling you get whilst drinking tea is phenomenal!
3. Drink your tea with a little piece of chocolate. Instant happiness guaranteed.
4. If your closet, your room or your handbag is a real mess, just organise it again, clean it or rearrange it. It'll give you a satisfying feeling afterwards.
5. Run a hot bath or shower for a good old pamper session. Use your favourite products and enjoy a little 'me time'.
6. Choose a recipe, go grocery shopping for the ingredients and cook whatever you feel like eating that evening. Put on some relaxing music and pore a glass of your favourite beverage to drink whilst cooking!
7. Make a bucket list. Countries you would love to visit, experiences you would wish to try and people you would like to meet. Use your imagination, browse the web, call friends, look things up in books, ...
8. Go to bed early. We all say this every.single.morning but we're still struggling to do so because we're too busy watching tv shows or whatever. :-) But when you go to bed early you will feel so much better and awake the next morning.
9. Call some friends and plan a night out. Dress up and enjoy the night!
10. Breakfast in bed. You don't need someone to bring it to you, just make yourself a lovely breakfast and curl back into bed under your duvet and watch the latest episode of your favourite tv show.
