Again, I'm so sorry for my lack of posting recently but I've been so busy with uni and some other stuff that it has been impossible for me to work on my beloved blog. But here I am today with a whole new blogpost for you to enjoy!
As you may or may not have read a few posts earlier my sister and I are really trying to live a healthier lifestyle, which has not been so easy to be honest. I worked out a little more often, tried to eat more healthy but then ofcourse when exams started to come closer I panicked and didn't really put too much effort in cooking healthy just to have more time to study, which isn't that great because I actually enjoy cooking and it could have been a good study-break. Aside from all that when on holiday I don't like to think about how much calories I eat and I really enjoy going for dinner at a nice restaurant, I think I'm definitely not the only one! So here we are now, a month later...
I have to retake a couple exams in August and again the struggle becomes real to workout and eat more healthy. But different from last time is that I'm now super motivated to take on the challenge. After scrolling down the Internet I've found some great inspiration and came to the conclusion that it's ok to take it slowly and step by step instead of jumping right in and failing to keep it up. So to start off this change my sister and I made a little order on an amazing website called Body&Fit. I had never heard about this website before but it really is amazing for everyone into "healthy stuff". You can order several superfoods, glutenfree products, proteinshakes, sportswear, and so much more for decent prices.
I think that's pretty great. And what's amazing as well is the fact that we ordered yesterday morning and our package already arrived this morning! I mean... what's not to love?
