What you'll need:
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 1 tomato
- 1 spring onion
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper
(- 1 clove of garlic)
First of all cut the spring onion and the tomato in small pieces. Then mash the avocados, this can be as chunky or as smooth as you want it to be. I like it somewhat chuncky, but it is totally up to you. Add some fresh lemon juice to keep the avocado mash green, you don't want it to turn brown of course. Yikes! After that, combine all of the ingredients into a large bowl and stir it gently all together. Season with salt and pepper and if you like fresh garlic, you can always add some. Serve it with some tortillachips and you're good to go!
